- Customer-of-business information: when end customers of your salon, spa, clinic, or other business interact with our AI receptionist, we collect their name, phone number, appointment preferences, and any information they share during the conversation.
- Payment information: we use Stripe to process payments. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers; payment details are tokenized and processed by Stripe.
- Communications: emails, support tickets, chat transcripts, and call recordings (where lawfully permitted).
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, click events, timestamps, referring URLs.
- Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution, language preference.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 5 below.
- Voice/call data: for the AI receptionist, audio of incoming and outgoing calls may be recorded, transcribed, and stored for service delivery and quality improvement.

- Business clients (operators): if you are an end customer of a salon or business using SalonAmigo, your information is provided to and managed by that business as a data controller. T&L Technologies acts as a data processor on their behalf.

- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or control of your personal information.

Mobile information sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or fraud prevention, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. SMS / Text Messaging
The Services may include SMS (text message) communications to your registered mobile phone number or to the phone numbers of customers of businesses that use our platform. The following terms apply to all SMS communications:
4.1 Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in (for example, by submitting a booking form, signing up for an account, or replying YES to a confirmation prompt), you consent to receive SMS messages from T&L Technologies, SalonAmigo, or businesses using our platform. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
4.2 Types of Messages
You may receive SMS messages including:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Reschedule or cancellation notifications
- No-show or follow-up messages
- Account verification (one-time passcodes)
- Service-related notifications and updates

4.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with the Services and your appointment activity. You may receive multiple messages per day around the time of a scheduled appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges for messages are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for pricing details.
4.5 Opt-Out (STOP)
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send you additional SMS messages from that program. To rejoin, reply START, or sign up again through the website.

4.7 Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS opt-in data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Phone numbers and SMS consent data collected for messaging purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share this data with authorized service providers (e.g., Twilio) strictly to deliver the SMS messages you have requested.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Services. Specifically:
